As a senior Work Health and Safety and Injury Management practitioner for more than 25 years with some of Australia’s largest employers, Lee-Anne has a strong background in the manufacturing, finance and government sectors. Four years ago she established a consultancy business specialising in Work Health and Safety, Quality & Environment (WHSQ&E) Management System design and auditing and has assisted many companies to either attain and/or maintain their systems to legislative and client requirements.

Lee-Anne's expertise is derived from many years of auditing, analysing and designing systems that are practical, comply with current international WHS, Environment and Quality standards. Her success is derived from delivering tangible results and she is particularly interested in working with small to medium-sized organisations looking for WHSQ&E systems that are tailored specifically to their needs.

Often businesses try to hobble together systems by borrowing documents from others. Whilst this may seem cost-effective to generate a set of WHSQ&E documentation, there is a significant risk that these won't meet either legislative or business requirements. This may lead to a prosecution or higher penalties because a proper system had not been put in place.

Developing and implementing a WHSQ&E Management System that reflects the needs of a business and fits into existing business activities is a journey, not just a destination. This is where Lee-Anne's practical approach comes to the fore.
