I help people to take control of their careers and, in so doing, to lead purposeful lives.I have over 30 years’ experience leading sales teams with a number of financial services companies, and a successful track record of executive recruitment with a global talent solutions provider.
In these roles, I coached, guided and supported my teams through significant organizational change including mergers, restructures and strategic business development shifts into new markets. This resulted in highly functioning and results focused individuals and teams.
My professional experience has also enabled me to identify how individuals and teams can work collaboratively to achieve Key Performance Indicators aligned with organizational culture and strategy. I help individuals and teams be the best that they can be.
Using a variety of methodologies and support tools, I inspire individuals who are:
- Transitioning into senior roles
- Feeling stuck in their current job
- Leaving a job through either their own choice or otherwise
- Reinvigorated in their current role;
- Confident to make behavioural changes at work leading to more effective performance and results for their employer;

Like many people, I have tackled the ups and downs of life. To increase the effectiveness of coaching sessions I draw on both real life relevant examples from my own career transitions, and well-researched tools and techniques that help progress a person to where they desire to be.
I have completed the Graduate Diploma in Psychological Sciences and Bachelor of Arts from the University of Adelaide (majoring in English Literature and Applied Mathematics), and the Diploma in Financial Planning from Deakin University. I am currently studying the Graduate Certificate in Career Education and Development at RMIT and am a student member of the CDAA.
